Our world has arrived at a place where it depends completely on energy. Everything that we do, from heating our dwellings to powering our machines, energy is necessary. Prior to the discovery of electricity, light was provided by lanterns, and heat was furnished by matches and wood, without any alternatives. When power came about, we were able to rapidly light up whole villages.
When electric power initially showed up and the devices that ran on them, a number of people couldn't believe in the practicality. We presently live in a time where a lot of electrical power is being used, that we are running out of the sources that produce it. We have been using non-renewable resources for way too long, we are beginning to deplete them. Though they are great short term strategies for storing solar power, they aren't viable for the long term. An alternate way to save heat could be by making use of devices which belong to the thermo-chemical phase. Examples of these storage types include paraffin wax and Eutectic Salts.
Paraffin wax begins as a solid when cold, but when it melts from the heat, it converts to liquid and it can stay warm for a very long time. Even if it cools down and turns hard, the wax still is able to maintain heat. If you want to use something low-cost and still hold heat for long periods is Eutectic Salts. Yet another effective way to store power from the sun is by using Molten Salts, which will be used to produce steam. The process starts when molten salts are heated in the storage tank. Power can be stored by using rechargeable batteries, where the battery will hold the power to the power source which is attached to it. Lead acid battery is the most popular battery utilized for this purpose.
We do have a number of ways to keep natural energy but we still have to make improvements. The moment we find an efficient way to store energy, we will be able to have an infinite supply of heat.
